Meet Andrew & the Gang

Andrew Aylett, OT & Certified Hand Therapist with his family.

Andrew Aylett is an Occupational Therapist & Certified Hand Therapist with a private practice in Central New Jersey.

Currently he has three locations in Brick, Manasquan ( Wall ) & Jackson.

Andrew was born in Scotland and spent his childhood in Scotland, England and Kuwait. He arrived in the USA in 1994 with his wife Christine and their oldest son, Josh. He graduated in 1990 from St. Andrews School of Occupational Therapy which has since become part of Northampton University, England. Before coming to the United States he worked as an Occupational Therapist for three years in England at Milton Keynes General Hospital where he became a senior therapist treating Hand and Orthopeadic conditions.

Since coming to the United States, Christine and Andrew have had three additional kids, Kathryn who is now 22, Zachary 20 and Travis 17. Following in their parents footsteps and with the same passion to explore the world, their kids are spread around England, Spain, Virginia and New Jersey pursuing their education or careers. Also shown in the picture above is his Christine, his eldest son’s wife during their wedding in 2012.

In 1998 Andrew passed the certification exam to become a Certified Hand Therapist, becoming one of a small number of therapists in New Jersey with this internationally recognized qualification.

In 1999 he opened the doors to Advanced Hand Rehabilitation. His goal has been to provide the highest quality of Hand & Upper Extremity rehab possible in Ocean & Monmouth Counties. Currently the practice has three locations in Manasquan, Brick & Jackson.

With help from his fellow Occupational Therapist, Michelle Gaeta, he treats the full range of hand injuries and conditions. His practice aims to be excellent in every respect from providing a comfortable and therapeutic environment to up to date clinical treatments.
